Nieces

I was looking through my wedding photos last night, and I decided to share my favorite picture. I'm sitting with my cute little nieces, clockwise from me: Camille, Jaimie, Katie, Jill, and Tana. I just love this shot and feel so lucky to have it! Love all you cute girls!

I remember that day so well because I was just the right age to feel the magic. I still have my pearl necklace you gave each of us that day and I wore it on my wedding day. I remember Grandma sewing and sewing on your dress and me coming over to look at the wedding dress patterns you were looking at. And all the lace! And I remember you picking out your announcement picture and asking everyone's opinion. And picking your wedding colors (weren't they pink and turquoise?). So much fun for a girl my age!!! Thanks for the reminder and the memory. You were always such a fun and thoughtful aunt. And look at Camille's perfect bow on her head!
