After much anticipation, Baby Charlotte arrived on May 11, 2009 at 2:51 pm. She weighed in at 8 lbs. 2 oz. and is 20" long. Rebecca and baby are doing fine; just tired. Rebecca had an easy delivery after a trying start; she was slow to dilate, but then went from a 4 to a 10 in about 2 hours! The baby simply came out without any pushing! In fact, the nurse delivered the baby because the doctor didn't get there in time! What a great story she'll have to tell. Here are a few pictures we took yesterday. We think she's a keeper!

She is so precious. Congrats! Tell Becca that Charlotte is beautiful and I can't wait to see her. PLEASE let us know when the blessing is and I will do my VERY best to make it! YEA for sweet little girls! She is absolutely adorable! I personally think Grandma Ruthie fits, it's kinda like "Aunt Ruthie". Yeah for you guys. Kevin cracks me up in that picture. It is like he is thinking what in the world am I suppose to do with this baby but is totally digging it. LOVE the name Charlotte! One of my favorite people in all the world goes by that name. I am sure she will do the name justice because your family is just incredible.
You are too young to be a grandma, but what a joy. Charlotte is such a fun name and great for a cute little girl.
