Thanks, Mom!

Since October I have been playing the "grocery game." It's a website (www.grocerygame.com) that helps you find great bargains and even tells you which coupons to use. I love it! I think it has really helped me become a better shopper. Anyway, much of the toilet paper I have been buying since then is Scott brand, 1-ply. Just recently I bought a different brand of 2-ply. I didn't think much of it until this conversation while folding clothes:
Steven: "Thanks for doing my laundry, Mom."
Me: "You're welcome."
Steven: "Oh, and thanks for buying 2-ply toilet paper."
Me, laughing: "You're welcome."
Steven: "That other stuff was a little thin."

That's funny. I agree with Steven. I can't stand 1-ply.

That is great! I haven't heard of the grocery game. I've been using grocery smarts. It makes a world of difference with the way I look at shopping now. We'll have to swap tips.

Steven is such a good kid. I am sure most kids would have complained about the 1-ply instead of being so polite about it.

Wow that's awesome. I've got to check that out. And Steven is a great kid. Cute post!

That makes me laugh! A certain man I know is very particular about his toilet paper:) P.S. If you send me your e-mail adress to www.curiouslittlebugs@hotmail.com I'd love to send you an invite to our blog.

I need to check out that website. And I agree with Steven. My only problem bargain shopping is going to more than one store to get the deals with two kids in tow.

I have to tell you, your bro would agree on the 2 ply issue. It can be just like sandpaper, but, by golly it better be at least 2 ply.

Still having a good chuckle over that one. Tell Steven I completely agree!!!
