I have a question. Does anyone know how to print your blog in a book-type format. This is really the only journal I've been keeping, so I'd like to print a hard copy. Any help would be very appreciated.
I actually have a link on my blog that does just that!!! Here is the link that I have. http://www.blurb.com/create/book/blogbook I am not exactly sure what the cost is or anything, but I found it and thought I might hold onto it. Let me know how it goes!
Hey Ruth! Blurp.com is the place... you can actually "Slurp" your blog into book format. I haven't ordered yet, but it is really fun to play with. Let me know how it goes... I just got to thinking... do you have an invite to our blog? If you don't and if you would like one, just email me at jenreeder@gmail.com. I love keeping up with your family!
I am going to be following your comments on this because I too was going to post this same question. Making a book is a big reason why I decided to start a blog. I was planning on printing mine at blurb.com and was excited because I have seen some from there and they look great and are so affordable at blurb.com. But a friend of mine just tried to do hers a couple weeks ago and said that they are no longer accepting blogger blogs... let me know what you find out. I wanted to print one every year and am ready now to print one for 2008. I hope we can figure this out.
ok- I have the low down on this. I did mine last year and it turned out great. Only $30 too. I used Blurb. but here is the trick. They aren't making it as easy as it was. They ran into a problem when blogger reformatted. So they say that it should be fixed "early 2009". You can still use blurb, it is just a copy paste production. Or sit back a wait a while. Good luck.
Thanks, everybody! I tried Blurb, and it was like you said, Tracie, it won't work right now with Blogger. I guess I'll give it a while and keep checking around.
I actually copied and pasted my entries into Word. I then had to do some minor tweeking. I then printed the pages and placed them in a three ring binder. This is the poor man's way, but I might have to check out the blurb thing later.
